About Reyna Rice

Reyna Rice is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. She works with individuals, couples, and families who experience depression, anxiety, PTSD, emotional distress, parenting and relationship challenges, or various life transitions. Reyna has a specialization in the treatment of survivors of trauma and an extensive background in crisis management in the community as well as through her work in a residential treatment facility for children. Reyna combines elements of cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and solution-focused therapy as well as motivational interviewing to help individuals with personal growth and improve their overall quality of life. Her approach seeks to create a safe space for clients to gain a deeper understanding of the underlying thoughts, feelings, and triggers that impact their life.
